Shaping up the Shop & a GIVEAWAY!

A few months ago I showed a few pics of our shop/warehouse.  It is an old building in need of lots of tlc.  The building was once a T G & Y store for those of you who might remember that discount chain, similar to Walmart before the SuperCenters.   The building has changed hands several times and was last an antique mall with individual booths inside.  Some walls were put up which made three rooms across the front of the building.  One is a large room that customers enter into.  To the right of this is a small room I have painted and papered using leftovers from my house.

This is picture of the wall shown above with the paper and drapes, before doing anything.  The whole building looks like this inside!!!

I painted the side walls.  The light fixture attached to the wall wasn't needed so it's been disconnected but kept in place.  I saved the toile drapes I designed and had custom made for our old house.  They are attached to a board and hung with 'L' brackets  perfectly fitting over the light fixture to conceal it.  Below is the room after papering the back wall and painting the two side walls (same place as the first pic!).  This room faces the store front.  Opposite the curtains is a big window looking into this room/shop.

I do lots of custom plate arrangements for clients walls so I'll use this room to showcase some of the red transferware I sell.   I brought in some Wheat Back French chairs accented with French document pillows from Word Garden and some needlepoint rooster pillows I already had.
On one wall I've placed one of the fireplace mantles we carry.

A Country French footstool holds books and a cup of tea.
The rug is also salvaged from my old house. I've still got lots to bring in and fill this small space but it's beginning to take shape.

The French document pillows come in a variety of sizes.

Sally, from Word Garden, makes all kinds of fun and beautiful decorative pillows, including the ones shown above.  A few months back I showed some of her work including this romantic floral pillow that I have in my entry way.
This week I added another of Word Gardens pillows to the chair on the opposite side of the Chippendale dresser in the entry.  This one matches the floral pillow materially, but has a bird motif' instead.

The pillows bring me to this weeks giveaway.  Sally, from Word Garden has generously offered a pillow of choice from her Etsy shop to one of my readers.  She's got about 100 designs in her shop right now so you're sure to find something you'll love.  My new favorite design of hers is this 'Your City is Famous Too' pillow.  Sally will insert 'your city' name on the pillow where you see those very words.  Isn't this adorable?

So go on over to Word Garden, choose your favorite pillow and then come back and post a comment telling me which it is.  That's all you need to do to enter this giveaway.
You may get additional entries by becoming a follower (or already being one), tweeting or mentioning on Facebook or your blog.  Leave a comment for each entry.
I will announce the winner next Sunday, August 29th.  Please make sure that I am able to email you.
