Banana Slush

What's better than a tropical drink served icy and cold on a hot Summer's night?  Not too much, I say.  This slushy drink is, hands down, our families favorite.  My Mother in law served this at Shawn's and my wedding 24 years ago.  It has stood the test of time (and the test of the grand kids!).   We all like it so much that all of the Grandchildren have convinced Grandma Judy to make this each year for our Christmas Eve party. It could also be called Pineapple Punch.   She makes a batch and freezes it in a large plastic bowl and then puts the whole thing in a punch bowl and pours 7-UP directly over it.  Let it sit a few minutes and then stir it up to mix the frozen concoction with the soda.   Grandma Judy's Banana Slush  aka Pineapple Punch  5 ripe bananas, mashed 3 cups sugar (I think you could use less...we serve with Diet 7UP to cut down on sugar/sweetness) 1 - 46 oz. can unsweetened Pineapple Juice 1 - 12 oz can frozen orange juice 1 - 12 oz can frozen lemona
